The hotel was located just next door to the centre of town where there is a tonne of various food options, restaurants and amenities and restaraunts. Great and comfortable location, amicable staff at reception desk. Also, it was 3 km from Chippawa Park.

The location was particularly good there, in a sporting event.

The location here is great as it's close to restaurants and Niagara Falls, which makes it convenient.

The staff here are friendly, excellent, and their positive attitude made my stay enjoyable.

Perfect location for our weekend plans, close to attractions and family. Great soundproofed rooms, couldn't hear any noise from outside. Loved having a full-size fridge and microwave in the room, made it convenient for storing and reheating food.

Concierges were often absent from the reception desk, causing long waits for assistance. It was confusing to find the correct building as it wasn't labeled as a conference center.

Despite some minor inconveniences, our stay at Residence & Conference Centre was quite enjoyable. The location was convenient, only a 5-minute drive from the town center where we found a wide variety of food options. The price was fantastic, especially for a weekend in late August. Additionally, the breakfast provided was nice and included bagels, toast, cereals, fruit. The staff were excellent, friendly, and accommodating. Free parking was also a plus. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We stayed at Residence & Conference Centre for a weekend Dragon Boat Regatta. The hotel was quiet and centrally located. The best part was the excellent service from the front desk staff. They provided great advice, directions, and extra towels. The separate bedrooms and full-size fridge/freezer were a bonus, as was the fantastic breakfast. The room on the 3rd floor was quiet, and the parking area was huge and free. Great value for the affordable room rate!

Convenient location with nearby restaurant and store. Comfy, basic suite perfect for sharing. Good value for money and clean. Option for free parking available. Simple amenities like fridge and microwave.

The location was perfect, right at the college. It was convenient for us to explore the campus and attend events. the food court available at the college was a great bonus. We didn't have to go far to find a variety of dining options. the separate bedroom for the boys in our group was also a nice feature. It provided us with a bit more privacy and space during our stay.

There were a few things that could have been better. the towels in our room were quite thin and rough, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a great stay at Residence & Conference Centre. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering to carry my bag when the elevator was out of order. The location was quiet and I enjoyed walking along the nearby canal. I appreciated the free tea and coffee available. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The value for the cost at Residence & Conference Centre was unbeatable! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the room had a full fridge and a private bathroom. The location was perfect for us and the staff, especially Monica and Jared, were super friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could improve the breakfast selection would be ensuring there is enough food for all guests.
